I have been in your shoes. I married my beautiful wife on April 5th, 2025. While our wedding day was incredible, I still wish certain moments had been captured more faithfully to how they truly felt. Some scenes simply cannot be missed, and your videographer should not just document your wedding but stand beside you, fully invested, rooting for you the entire time.
That experience changed how I viewed wedding films. I began to notice how often they felt over-edited, suffered from poor audio quality, or lacked the intention and technical skill needed to truly serve the story. Too often, meaningful moments were present but not fully realized. I knew couples deserved something more considered.
Using my background in feature films, fashion editorials, award-winning short documentaries, and international filmmaking, I found a better way to tell these stories. One rooted in cinematic storytelling techniques and grounded in preserving the authenticity of the couples we serve.
I founded Hovey Films with a single vision: to create refined luxury wedding films that feel like memory, not production. Each film is shaped by decades of combined experience and disciplined technical craft, designed to honor not only how the day looked, but the legacy that grows from it.
We do this so you never end up wishing you had captured your day differently. From thoughtful preparation to authentically reflecting who you are on your wedding day, we approach every story with the same care and intention we would give our own family’s memories.
